MANITOWOC, WIS. — Silver Lake College’s English department will host a discussion, “The Brontës at 200: Why are They Still Relevant,” from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. on Sept. 28 in the Endries Family Heritage Room on campus, 2406 S. Alverno Road. The discussion, which is part of the “SLC Salon: Language, Literature, and Conversation” series, is free and open to the public. Albert Sears, professor of English at Silver Lake College, will facilitate the discussion.
