Holy Family College Presents ‘Tunes to Love’ on Feb. 28

MANITOWOC, Wis. – The Holy Family College Music Department will present a concert, “Tunes to Love,” on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. The concert features the Handbell Ensemble, Chamber Winds, Chorale, Concert Choir, and Jazz Band. It will be held in the Bob & Pat Endries Performance Hall inside the Franciscan Center for Music Education and Performance on campus, 2406 S. Alverno Road. Tickets are $5 and are available through sl.edu/tickets or the box office.

“We are really excited for this concert because it provides a unique opportunity for all of our ensembles to perform on the same program, and to be able to do so around a common theme,” said Joshua Hernday, director of instrumental ensembles.

TunesToLove-Slider-MobileHernday, who directs the Chamber Winds and Jazz Band, adds that the ensembles will “[provide] an eclectic combination of favorite love songs that is sure to be a show that you won’t want to miss!”

Concert Choir and Chorale are under the direction of Jonathan Kim. Sandra Eithun directs the College’s Handbell Ensemble.
