MANITOWOC, Wis. — Seven Silver Lake College senior nursing students, who will be traveling to Haiti to provide medical service and education during spring break in mid-March, are seeking donations of medical supplies.

The mission trip is in partnership with St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Newton in cooperation with the Diocese of Green Bay. Brianna Neuser, the college’s director of nursing, will be among those guiding the trip.

Items needed include generic equivalents of Tylenol/Advil; multivitamins for women and children; antibacterial ointment; hydrocortisone cream; Aquaphor healing ointment; and dressing supplies, such as gauze and tape.

Donations may be dropped off by March 1 in the Welcome Center on campus, 2406 S. Alverno Road.
